A Brief Account of the Activities (2023-2026)
Scholarship Support
Over the last three years, the Trust has provided need- and merit-based scholarships for school, undergraduate, and professional education. The scholarships were aimed at:
- Students from economically weaker sections
- First-generation learners
- Students facing risk of discontinuing education due to financial constraints
The assistance covered tuition, examination, and academic expenses, enabling students to continue their education.
Study Material Support
Recognising that access to quality study material is essential for academic success, the Trust distributed:
- Printed notes and reference material
- Subject-wise guides for competitive and board examinations
- Digital learning resources where feasible
This support primarily targeted students preparing for school board exams and entry-level competitive examinations.
Test Series and Academic Evaluation
The Trust organised and facilitated mock test series to help students:
- Familiarise themselves with examination patterns
- Improve time management
- Identify academic strengths and learning gaps
These test series were conducted in collaboration with educators and subject experts and were followed by basic performance feedback sessions.
Distribution of Books
During the past three years, Meadows Foundation Trust distributed:
- Textbooks aligned with school and college syllabi
- Reference books for competitive examinations
- General reading books to encourage reading habits
Book distribution drives were conducted especially at the beginning of academic sessions to reduce the initial financial burden on families.
Preparatory Work for Moulana Fakhruddin Memorial Library
The Trust initiated conceptual planning for the Moulana Fakhruddin Memorial Library, envisioned as:
- A community knowledge centre
- A resource hub for students, researchers, and educators
Initial activities included identification of location options, book curation planning, and mobilisation of donated academic and reference materials.
Educational Guidance and Informal Career Support
The Trust conducted informal educational guidance sessions, including:
- Awareness talks on educational pathways
- Interaction sessions with educators and professionals
- Guidance on subject selection and higher education options
These activities were conducted periodically and focused on empowering students and parents to make informed academic decisions.
